Award-winning elearning company, Sponge, will be sharing practical ideas on how to introduce game thinking into elearning at the CIPD Learning & Development Show 2015.

Sponge is hosting a free seminar for L&D managers called E-learning Games to Increase Learner Engagement which will explore how elearning games can make learning more fun, enjoyable and effective.

The CIPD Learning & Development Show 2015 is one of the UK’s leading events for HR and L&D professionals and takes place at London Olympia on May 13 and 14 May.

This year’s show will focus on developing people, building capability and driving growth and aims to give delegates the skills, advice and best practice they need to increase organisational agility and boost business productivity.

Managing Director of Sponge, Louise Pasterfield, said:
“The show is another chance for us to share our passion for elearning games and spread the word about how they can make a difference to workplace elearning. Our seminar will explore why game thinking is a powerful force in elearning, how it can enrich the experience for learners and where and when elearning games are most effective. We always like to give people ideas to take away and use in their own organisations, so expect lots of relevant examples to help inspire you for the future."

Sponge’s seminar takes place on Thursday, May 14 from 1pm to 1.30pm in the Technology for Learning area of the event. The company will also be exhibiting at Stand 409.

In 2014, Sponge was named Elearning Development Company of the Year at the Elearning Awards.
